Restrictions and Parcel Requirements
NZ Post parcels must not exceed 25kg in weight or 0.125m³ in volume. While they deliver to and collect from rural addresses, a rural delivery surcharge applies, but no surcharge applies for rural collections. NZ Post does not accept Dangerous Goods (DG) through GoSweetSpot. R18, fragile, and perishable items can be sent with prior approval and appropriate packaging.

NZ Post supports Saturday deliveries and allows approved shipments of fragile items, jewellery, perishables, and age-restricted (R18) goods. All claims for lost or damaged items are handled directly by GoSweetSpot on behalf of customers using NZ Post services.
