Restrictions and Parcel Requirements
Items booked with NZ Couriers must not exceed 25kg in weight or 0.125m³ in cubic volume. A residential delivery surcharge applies. Rural pickups are not supported as standard, although NZ Couriers has a wider collection network and may be able to service rural addresses on behalf of other providers.
Additional Services
NZ Couriers supports Saturday deliveries in selected areas and the transport of approved Dangerous Goods. Please note that all claims must be lodged directly with NZ Couriers and not through GoSweetSpot.
