Restrictions and Parcel Requirements
Castle Parcels accepts items up to 25kg and 0.125m³ in volume per item. A residential delivery surcharge applies. Castle does not offer rural pickups directly, though NZ Couriers may support rural collections on their behalf in certain zones.
Additional Services
Saturday deliveries are available through Castle Parcels, and they also transport approved Dangerous Goods. Any claims must be submitted directly to Castle Parcels, as GoSweetSpot does not manage this process.
