- Point-to-Point Auckland Deliveries: From 15-minute CBD deliveries to same-day economy runs across Auckland.
- Evening and Weekend Home Deliveries: Scheduled home deliveries between 6–9pm on weekdays and 4–8pm on Sundays in the Auckland region.
- Intercity Deliveries: Same-day and overnight runs between the main centres, with next-flight services when it has to go further, faster.
Restrictions and Parcel Requirements
Urgent Couriers supports a wide range of parcel sizes for same-day, overnight, and regional delivery. However, Dangerous Goods, perishable items, temperature-sensitive freight (e.g. chilled or frozen), and medical deliveries are not supported through GoSweetSpot.
Additional Services
Urgent Couriers provides rapid, same-day, and overnight delivery services, including evening and weekend delivery options within Auckland. While Urgent Couriers does offer chilled, frozen, medical and dangerous goods delivery services directly, these are not available when booked through GoSweetSpot. Claims for lost or delayed parcels booked via GSS with Urgent Couriers can be submitted through the GoSweetSpot support team for assistance.
