Restrictions and Parcel Requirements
Urgent Couriers supports a wide range of parcel sizes for same-day, overnight, and regional delivery. However, Dangerous Goods, perishable items, temperature-sensitive freight (e.g. chilled or frozen), and medical deliveries are not supported through GoSweetSpot.

Urgent Couriers provides rapid, same-day, and overnight delivery services, including evening and weekend delivery options within Auckland. While Urgent Couriers does offer chilled, frozen, and medical delivery services directly, these are not available when booked through GoSweetSpot. Claims for lost or delayed parcels booked via GSS with Urgent Couriers can be submitted through the GoSweetSpot support team for assistance.
