Packaging: All consignments must be sufficiently packaged, labeled, and fit for travel.

Dangerous Goods: MOVe Freight handles dangerous goods with a 25% surcharge per consignment. However, onboarding and handling of these items require prior approval, and certain classes may need additional authorisation.

Additional Charges: Services such as residential delivery, tail-lift delivery, and hand unloading may incur extra fees.

Owner’s Risk: Consignments not properly packaged or deemed unfit for travel are carried at the owner’s risk.
