SH2 Waioeka Gorge Closure
We have been advised that SH2 Waioeka Gorge will be closed at nights from 19th June to late September 2023. All freight for Gisborne will be moved via Napier and then up to Gisborne via Wairoa. This affects freight from Auckland and Upper North Island.
There may be delays in overnight deliveries during this period. The road from Napier to Gisborne via Wairoa is still very fragile.
