FedEx shipments booked through GoSweetSpot come with full integration for label creation, tracking, and customs documentation. Optional insurance can be applied based on shipment value. Residential, remote, and oversized surcharges may apply. Claims for delayed or lost parcels are managed by GoSweetSpot’s support team. For customers sending regularly to Australia or eligible global destinations, FedEx Connect Plus can be added by your GSS Account Manager (minimum volume applies).
