Role Overview:
As an Account Manager at GoSweetSpot, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, proactively managing a portfolio of small to medium businesses. You’ll engage with clients both face-to-face and over the phone, presenting our full range of cloud-based freight management solutions. Your role will involve promoting all services the company offers, so a forward-thinking and positive approach will be essential. Additionally, you’ll go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage a portfolio of small to medium businesses through face-to-face and telephone-based interactions.
Present GoSweetSpot’s full range of cloud-based freight management solutions to existing customers.
Promote all services offered by the company with a forward-thinking and positive approach.
Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership.
