Accurate Shipment Details: Correct weight and dimensions must be declared at time of booking to avoid surcharge adjustments.

Packaging Standards: All parcels must be securely packed in strong outer packaging with clear, scannable labels. Irregular, cylindrical or poorly packaged items may attract manual handling fees or be declined.
