Maximum of 5 pieces per consignment.
No pallets or bulk bundling allowed. - Business and Residential Delivery
Residential deliveries are supported.

Pickups are automatically booked when the label is created, no manual booking required.
Restrictions and Parcel Requirements
To protect your freight and ensure safe transport across the Fliway network, the following restrictions apply:

Rural Pickups
Rural collections may take up to 3 extra business days.
Separation of Freight
Customers must place Fliway Oversize freight clearly separate from normal courier items.
Additional Services
Residential delivery surcharge – applied to any home pickup or delivery.
Additional piece fee – each item in a multi-piece consignment (up to 5 pieces) is charged individually.
Special handling by request – available for complex or non-standard delivery requirements.
Extended loading/unloading time – labour beyond 15 minutes per location may incur extra charges.
