Service Updates

Keep courier items moving. Keep everyone safe.

14-Aug-2020 04:20 p.m. - Rowan

With Auckland moving to Alert Level 3 and the rest of the country moving to Alert Level 2, Courier & Freight suppliers will be working hard to keep your courier items moving.
They are committed to keeping their people and other kiwis safe – so some things will be a little different from Alert-Level 1.
1. Contactless pick-ups and deliveries are in place New Zealand wide.  Please ensure couriers can operate on your premises with at least 2m distancing.

2. Please do not send items to Auckland addresses that are closed for Level 3.  If closures extend, they may return the items to the sender (and charge the sender for returns) – this would happen to ensure that networks can continue to operate (there are no extensive storage facilities for undeliverable freight).

3. Nationwide Courier & Freight branches should be operating with contactless collections but please call the branch prior to check.

Teams are operating with Level 3 restrictions in terms of distancing; restricted workforce and other safety protocols - so there may be slight delays, please avoid overloading our help-desk staff with calls etc. Checking the relevant courier or freight provider's website should give you the visibility you need.
We will advise further COVID-19 updates as needed.
